I apologize that I’ve been slacking on entries, it’s the end of the semester so pulling together enough time to write is difficult at best. I have several articles for this summer, including more Richard II. Until then, here are the usual slew of food history links for Friday.

Gode Cookery – Cooking pdf’s
This is a huge file of many primary sources and scholarly works about food history. The one that I can’t wait to read is, “Evolution of Culinary Techniques in Medieval Era”.
